  • All Wavo products are handcrafted and made to order.
  • Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
  • Processing times may increase during sales, promotions, or holidays.




Shipping Time



  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
  • Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.




Shipping Rates



  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.




Order Tracking



  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.




Incorrect Shipping Information



  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Wavo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.




Lost or Stolen Packages



  • Wavo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier.




Damaged Orders
