- All Wavo products are handcrafted and made to order.
- Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Processing times may increase during sales, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Time
- Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
- Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Wavo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Wavo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier.
